Whether you're working towards your first certification, aiming to better understand your risk posture or simply looking to improve your resilience, BASEfund provides financial support of up to £5,000 towards key services like Cyber Essentials, Cyber Security Maturity Assessments (CSMA) and more.
This programme is all about making robust security achievable from day one.

BASEfund is open to organisations that are taking active steps in their cybersecurity journey, whether that’s through certification, assessment or improvement.
You're eligible if:
You haven’t previously accessed the specific service through Secarma
You’re within 12 months of first engaging us for that service
You are a UK-based SME, registered charity or community interest company (CIC)
Step 1: Check Eligibility
Speak to your Secarma Account Manager or Sales contact. They’ll confirm whether you meet the eligibility criteria.
Step 2: Tailored Proposal
If eligible, our team will review your request and issue a formal proposal outlining the available BASEfund support.
Step 3: Confirm & Book
Once approved you'll work with our delivery team to schedule you engagement within the next 3 months.
